Welcome to Maya4D. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Maya4D ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Maya4D website accessible at https://maya4d.lat, including all associated services, games, features, and promotional programmes (collectively, the "Platform").

Maya4D is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting operator serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers a full suite of products including live casino games, slot games, sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major markets), 4D-style lottery games, and related entertainment services — all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real money deposits and any bonus credits applicable thereto.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or equivalent incentives credited to a Player's Account under an applicable promotion.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds by a Player into their Account via a supported Malaysian payment method, including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Boost, and GrabPay.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by the Company's licensing obligations.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software system used to determine game outcomes on the Platform.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered amounts returned to players by a given game.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary mechanism by which a Player may restrict their own access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.

By completing the registration process on Maya4D, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance occurs at the point of account creation and is reaffirmed each time you access the Platform or place any wager.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, processing, and protection of your personal data;
• Responsible Gambling Policy — outlining player protection tools and self-exclusion procedures;
• Bonus and Promotions Terms — specific wagering, eligibility, and expiry conditions for each active promotion;
• Game-Specific Rules — individual game rules published within each game's information section on the Platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Maya4D.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Maya4D, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Maya4D strictly enforces this minimum age requirement consistent with international licensed gaming standards. No exception is made for any jurisdiction with a lower legal gambling age.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
3. You are not a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in the Company's licensing conditions.
4. You do not currently have a self-exclusion order in force with Maya4D or any related gaming platform operated by the Company.
5. You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of Maya4D or its affiliated companies.
6. You are registering of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform as a source of income or livelihood is strongly discouraged.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

5.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account.

5.2 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, Maya4D requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), passport, or equivalent;
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months;
• Payment method verification: screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment account used to deposit.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Maya4D will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

6.1 Deposits

Maya4D accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following supported payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. No maximum single deposit limit applies on the Platform side, though individual bank and e-wallet provider limits may apply.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered Maya4D Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum single withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours subject to KYC status and volume. Gold VIP members benefit from priority express processing.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with internationally accepted anti-money laundering (AML) standards, Maya4D reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay processing, or freeze an Account where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such investigation. Deposits made via a particular payment method may be required to be withdrawn back to the same method.

Maya4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, free spins, and VIP-exclusive incentives. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus requires total wagers of RM2,000 to be completed.
2. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
4. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise specified.
5. Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6. Abuse: Maya4D reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where abuse, exploitation, or breach of promotion terms is suspected, including collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures.

All bets placed on Maya4D — whether on casino games, sports events, 4D games, or any other product — are governed by the game-specific rules published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be amended, cancelled, or reversed after acceptance, except where expressly permitted by game-specific rules (e.g., cash-out functionality on sports bets).
• Maya4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was priced in error (manifest error) or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• For sports betting: settlement will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia events; the English Premier League for EPL fixtures). Settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the parlay to pay out. One voided selection reduces the parlay accordingly; one losing selection results in the loss of the entire parlay stake.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or market.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Maya4D Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (whether personally or through third parties);
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate unfair advantage or winnings;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus distributions;
• Conducting money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technologies;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Maya4D staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the Maya4D Platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maya4D or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Maya4D.

Maya4D is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and (where you have opted in) promotional communications.

Maya4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of player protection tools available within the Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net session results;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account at your request.

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors affecting game availability;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your negligence in maintaining account security.

Maya4D's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" and Maya4D makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Maya4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution;
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Where required by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that is not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable processing timelines and KYC requirements. You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting the support team.

Maya4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, or eligibility criteria — registered players will be notified by email at the address on file at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maya4D holds its international gaming licence. Maya4D makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is subject to ongoing legislative development and that it remains their sole responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform complies with applicable Malaysian law. Maya4D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or regulated by any Malaysian government body, including but not limited to the Ministry of Finance, Bank Negara Malaysia, or the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
